Website is complete and turned into Professor Cost. The navigation code was all created from scratch. It works on every browser I came across. It is navigate-able by pre-4.0 browsers that do not support iframe. The only unresolved issue that I am aware of is not rendering transparent png files in IE for mac. Consequently, the left menu is not quite how I intended it.

Everything looks and works well in every other browser I've tested.
