Texas Educational Theatre Association Information

Amarillo College is an Institutional Member of TETA, Inc.  As a founding organization of TETA, Amarillo College actively participates in the promotion of theatre education in Texas.  Each year, the faculty and students of the AC Theatre Arts Program attend the annual convention hosted by TETA where knowledge and experienced are gained by both teacher and pupil alike.

2009 TheatreFest, Houston, TX

Congratulations to Micah Blain, Russell Guest, and Paul Mahaffey for their performance at the TETA Auditions in Houston this past January.  These auditions were an opportunity for these fine representatives of TheatreAC to audition for over forty different universities.  As these gentlemen will be graduating in May, this was an incredible opportunity.  Together they garnered over thirty callbacks.  These guys have a lot of choices to think about over the coming months.  Once again, Micah, Russell, and Paul, GOOD WORK!
