The study of current research and laboratory
procedures in biotechnology and its uses in agriculture,
industry and medicine. This course will emphasize the basic
laboratory skills to include sterile techniques, laboratory
mathematics, spectrophotometry, recombinant DNA techniques,
electrophoresis, genomic library construction and
bioinformatics. (4 sem hrs; 3 lec, 4 lab) |
