Mr. Pirtle has taught photography at Amarillo College since 1975. He has a BFA degree in Advertising Art and Design and a minor in Photography, from Texas Tech University. He also holds a Master of Arts Degree, Art, from West Texas State University. Mr. Pirtle’s area of instruction includes Fundamentals of Photography, the History of Photography, Adobe Photoshop, Expressive Photography (alternative processes) and Landscape Photography.
