Adding a live quartet
will bring excitement and sophistication to your event. The Crystal String
Quartet can entertain for any occasion, although these are a few points
to keep in mind as you plan.

- We need
four arm-less chairs. Folding chairs are fine.
- Our dress
is traditional black (see left) unless you request a more
casual attire.
- Please
let us know if you are planning a candle-light or evening event
in which light will be diminished. If possible, providing us with
a section of lights or lamps to illuminate our music will be greatly
appreciated.
- We are
happy to play for outdoor events, however, our instruments need
some special considerations. If no other sheltered area is available,
a 10x10 foot tent provides adequate cover from the elements. Your
party planner or rental agency may assist in providing this.
- 1/2 fee
deposit (see Pricing Guide below) confirms
the date of your event and is due no later than 30 days before
your event. The balance is due no later than 5 days before the
date of performance.

- Quartet
members will attend your rehearsal for an additional $50 per member
(up to one hour).
- We can
provide our Trumpet Player, Vocalist or Pianist for your ceremony
at $100 per additional player.

also book other woodwind and brass players for you. Please inquire
about prices.

- We are
happy to play any unusual pieces that are your favorites. If the
piece you want played is standard quartet music or one we can
easily find an arrangement for, there is no additional fee. However,
if we need to have an arrangement made, there is an additional
fee for that service. In either case, we appreciate having advance
notice to make sure we have exactly the music you want in plenty
of time for your event.
- Outdoor
events may be subject to an additional charge.
- For performances
out of the Amarillo/Canyon area, please contact the quartet to
determine additional travel fees.
